Frequently Asked Questions

Why has there been little activity on Oso & Co lately?

This past September, we welcomed our first baby into our family. It was a healthy baby girl weighting 5lbs 13oz. With pregnancy, morning sickness, postpartum recovery and Jeff still neck deep in medical school, we have been MIA on social media and our website. We plan to do a re-launch soon with new art and photography. Keep an eye out on social media for this announcement. A new line of religious pieces will be dropping with our new launch.

Where is Oso & Co. located?

Oso & Co. is a small husband and wife business based out of Sandy, Utah. We are strictly an online business with no store location. However, you can sometimes find us on Saturday mornings at farmers markets. Check our social media accounts for upcoming dates we will be attending.

I am a Salt Lake City UT, local, is it possible for me to avoid shipping costs and do a local pick up?

Yes. If you are a SLC local or in the area, you can pick up your purchase to avoid shipping costs. We do travel to St. George occasionally so it is possible to contact us about drop off options in surrounding locations. Depending on our schedules, we might be able to work something out.

Is there more than one artist behind the art for Oso & Co.?

Lindsay is the only artist and has created all of the art prints, vinyl and canvas creations that can be found on the website. All prints are Lindsays hand made originals that are copied to create prints for multiple people to enjoy. All canvas creations are originals.

Why are there multiple color options for certain photographs?

Most photographs are provided in warm, cool, and black/white tones to make it easier for customers to keep a consistent theme/style when pairing multiple works of art or matching photography to wallpapers or room decor. If you see a print you like, but it doesn't have a warm, cool, or black/white version available, shoot us an email!

Who is your print provider and what size papers do you offer?

We do our own printing. We have an inkjet printer that can print up to 17" wide. We currently offer 8"x10", 11"x14", 16"x20" and 17"x22" prints. If you desire a larger print size, we will need to use an outside printing company. Expect prices to be much higher if you request to go bigger than 17"x22".

How do I go about getting a custom piece of art?

Due to the fact that this is a new small business, with hundreds of current products available, we want to take things one step at a time to see how things go. Lindsay is excited to offer commissions within a couple months of the website launch date, Saturday November 19th 2022. Please feel free to email Lindsay with any inquiries and she might be able to make an exception depending on her availability.

What does Oso mean?

We named the company after our 1 1/2 year old Bernese Mountain dog, Oso. Oso is Spanish for the word "Bear." You can occasionally meet our mascot Oso at the Saturday Farmers Markets held in St. George Utah, as he comes to represent his company.
